Fully pre-assembled armatures and pressure pipes, which extend outside the manhole, ending with a flange DN 80 to DN 150 depending on the pressure pipe, consisting of:
- Coupling pedestal(s) made of cast-iron DN 80 to DN 150
- Pipe(s) made of PE-HD, vertical pipe up to the armatures as an FF piece made of stainless steel
- shut-off valve of GGG 40, epoxy coating
- Backflow preventer as ball valve with access opening, epoxy coating
- Crossbeam, special protective pipe, stainless steel chains
- Connection of cable duct pipe and ventilation for KG pipe DIN 100
- Stainless steel manhole ladder, removable climbing support and fall-protection bar

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Anti-lift, accessible (through class D) ROMOLD PE-HD pre-fabricated pump chambers, in variable heights, for one or two pumps, for disposal of rain-, sewage-, or waste water in communal areas.
Chamber base plate made of PE-HD profiled tube according to DIN 16961. The chamber jacket pipe has a solid web interior coating of min. 5 mm and its jacket has a smooth exterior surface. Manufactured according to DIN 19537 part 3 in accordance with the relevant DVS 2209 guidelines. The chamber jacket profile is designed in accordance with installation conditions, static requirements and calculation as per DWA A 127, issued on 8/2000. Bottom plate 30 mm thick and is homogeneously welded to the chamber jacket. Contained within is a smooth double bottom which is ready to be filled with sealing compound, along with a welded arch..
